Cancellation rights

Digital content supplied at once

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content, that right ends once supply has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it. When you ask for your login to be sent straight away, you give that consent at checkout.

What we offer on top

Whatever the regulations say, IPTV UK 8K refunds you within 7 days of payment if your login never reached you, or if no device in your home shows a picture despite our help. The refund policy explains how.
