IPTV UK 8K: your data and how we handle it

What we keep

Only what an order needs: the phone number or email address that received the login, the plan you bought with its dates, and the history of our messages with you. Payments are handled by a payment provider, which never passes your card details to us. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics tool.

What we use it for

Sending your login, helping you set it up and issuing a receipt when you ask for one. Your details are never rented, sold or used for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as your plan runs, then three years so that we can answer a dispute. Accounting records are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how they are used, by writing to contact@iptvuk-8k.co.uk; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
