About us

About IPTV UK 8K: the team behind the login

About IPTV UK 8K, briefly: we are an independent team selling access to live UK TV, films and series over home broadband. We send the login, help you set it up on the screen you already own, and answer when something stops working, at any hour.

The team

Who runs this site

An independent team runs IPTV UK 8K. We are not tied to any broadcaster, TV maker or app developer and have no partnership to announce: we sell access to live channels and an on-demand library, and we help people watch it on the equipment they already have at home.

We do not publish or sell an app. Your login works in players made by other developers, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player, Smart IPTV, VLC or Kodi, which is why a large part of our day is spent explaining menus we did not design.

The same people take the order, send the login and answer the follow-up questions. Many of the guides on this site began as replies to those questions; the guides index gathers them in one place.

Orders and help go through WhatsApp and email rather than a customer account on this site. That keeps things simple: no password to create here, a written trail of everything agreed, and someone who already knows your setup when you come back with a question three months later.

Evening checks

How the team checks the picture at peak time

A stream that looks fine at eleven in the morning tells you very little. The UK evening peak, roughly 19:00 to 23:00 and busiest on weekends and big match nights, is when home broadband is shared by the whole street, so that is when the team watches.

We watch on ordinary home connections, on sticks, boxes and smart TVs, over Wi-Fi and over a cable, because that is how people watch. Several servers share the load during those hours.

When someone reports a problem, three things are noted: the time, the device and what the screen shows. If several homes report the same channel at the same moment, the stream itself is looked at. If one home is affected, we go through its network together: Wi-Fi band, cable, router restart, player buffer.

Trouble that affects a single home very often traces back to Wi-Fi or the router, which is why our buffering checklist starts in your lounge rather than on our side.

  • Watched between 19:00 and 23:00, weekends included
  • Wi-Fi and cable, sticks, boxes and TVs
  • Time, device and screen noted on every report
  • Several homes at once: the stream is checked

Limits

What we refuse to promise

Some claims are common in this market. We leave them out because we could not stand behind them.

8K pictures

The 8K in IPTV UK 8K is part of the name and nothing more. Pictures go up to 4K UHD, and only on channels and titles whose source is produced in 4K; the rest play in HD or Full HD.

An uptime figure

No stream sent over the internet is immune to an interruption, so we print no availability percentage. What we commit to is a fast answer and a refund rule written down in advance.

A count of 4K channels

We give no number of 4K channels or films and never promise that a given programme will be in 4K: that depends on how each source is produced, day by day.

Lifetime access

Offers with no end date come with no written guarantee either. Each of our plans states its length and its end date before you pay.

Support

How support works

People, at any hour

Messages are read 24/7, in English, by the team that sold the plan. There is no phone menu to get through: you write, and a person reads it.

WhatsApp or email

WhatsApp suits a quick question with a photo of the screen; email suits anything you want in writing, such as a receipt or a refund request.

Setup as well as sales

Help covers the whole plan: choosing the player, entering the login, the TV guide, the picture on a new TV. Our setup page holds the answers we give most often.

The contact page lists what to put in a message so that the first reply can already fix the problem.

Commitments

What you can hold us to

Prices are in pounds and settled in a single payment by debit or credit card or PayPal, with no direct debit, and nothing renews by itself. The login is sent 2 minutes after payment, at any hour of the day. If it never arrives, or no screen in the house will display anything even with our help, the 7-day guarantee in our refund policy applies.

Every guide carries the date it was last checked, and when a player or a TV maker changes a menu, the page is corrected. The site will show customer reviews only once real UK customers have written them; until then there are none, rather than invented ones.

Before you order, the four IPTV UK plans are set out with what each includes, what it costs per month and how it ends. If anything about IPTV UK 8K is still unclear after that, ask before you pay rather than after.

  • Prices in pounds, paid once
  • Login within 2 minutes, any hour
  • 7-day guarantee in writing
  • No direct debit, no automatic renewal
  • Guides dated and corrected
  • No invented reviews

Your part

What we ask in return

One household per plan

The login is meant for the people you live with. Passing it to another address, or posting it online, puts the access at risk of suspension for everyone using it.

An honest look at your line

Measure the speed on the TV or stick you will watch on, at the hour you usually watch. It is the only figure that tells us what your screen can show.

Word early if something is wrong

If the picture will not appear in the first days, tell us within the 7-day window, so we can fix it with you or refund you while the guarantee applies.

See what each plan includes before you choose

Pick a plan, pay once in pounds and your codes leave within 2 minutes. If no picture appears on any of your screens despite our help, the 7-day guarantee refunds you.
